Alex at Hanford Hyundai was a great help during our trade in process. Only negative was that they left the Explorer super dirty on the interior buuuut they did hook us up on a dealer detail to which they did fantastic on!

I had the worst experience ever with this dealer. I was in contact with them for 3 weeks about checking a used car. I went today to see it. It was dirty inside/outside. There were coffee stains all over the seats and roof, opened the trunk to see the motor, it was dirty as well, you could see the spider nest on the corners. I asked why you guys didn't prepare it. i was coming all the way from Fresno to Merced. Their answer was that the detailing guy doesn't work on the weekend!!! i was serious about the car. Unfortunately, it was a waste of time.
