The best experience and professionalism I've experience with any dealership they were helpful curtious and it all made for a great experience

Dealership did not have the car ready the week and and half I waited. When I got the call the car was ready I made a quick decision to go since they said it was a sought after car and it was first come first serve. Once I arrived the vehicle was not actually ready. Unable to go for a test drive but I could purchase it without driving it since it still had to go to the shop. Very disappointing.

The salesman told me he would not accept any pre-approvals from car gurus or credit unions for this car. So I looked into finacing through them and the best they could offer me was double what I was pre approved for. The car salesman with the fake teeth repeatedly lied to me he is an absolute crook. Watch out for this place. They live up to all the typical stereotypes of shady car salesman.

Had a great experience with our salesperson, Randy. He went above and beyond to tailor our transaction based on everything we wanted and needed. He’s a great person and ambassador for Vacaville Hyundai. The paperwork portion of the purchase was fast and easy, too. Thanks!

Nobody really brought me anything about financing lenders for me to see, when it came to trade in value, I had to push them to do it right then, and they really kept trying to push back. They took their time even doing that. I had to keep asking about the amount. They said they were giving top trade in value the salesman GUESSED $2000 but KBB said 4,345 was max. They also do not work with customers very well to help meet their needs. I am not easily manipulated or easy to get over on. I know what smooth talk looks/sounds like. The sales man had to keep going to talk to his manager while I was there. They pulled out their handy 4 square paper to show me numbers and arrows. Every time I would say or ask something, they would quickly Segway to something different avoiding what I said completely.

I honestly didn’t think I’d end up buying the Ioniq 9 after the nightmare I went through at Hyundai Fremont. I was this close to giving up. But on a whim, I emailed Hyundai Vallejo to check if they had the model I wanted and that’s where everything turned around. Fadi Yanni emailed me back almost immediately. When I called him, he was straightforward, professional, and actually willing to give me the out‑the‑door price without any games. When I arrived at the dealership later that afternoon, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. I test‑drove the car with Diana Silva, their product specialist, and Francisco (new hire) who was a new hire. I don’t think I’ve ever had that much fun on a test drive. Diana knew everything about the car, every feature, every detail and she answered all my questions with patience and confidence. When it came time for financing, Michael Vasquez continued that same level of professionalism and friendliness. I highly recommend Hyundai Vallejo!
