The vehicle I purchased was clean, in great condition, and exactly as advertised. There was no pressure, no hidden surprises, and everything was handled smoothly. They really worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. What I appreciated the most was their transparency and honesty. Buying a car can be stressful, but they made the entire experience simple and positive. I highly recommend Patrick Hyundai to anyone looking for a reliable car and great customer service. I worked with Dottie trying to purchase a vehicle and she was very professional and courteous. I requested lots of info by text messages and she was very responsive. She also provided detailed pricing info upon my request, and I greatly appreciated that. I also contacted several other dealers, but none of them provided accurate info and they all tried to trick me by playing with numbers. Dottie was the only one who didn't. I ended up not buying the vehicle I was interested in, only because my wife changed her mind at the last minute. I'd love to work with Dottie again in the future!

Probably one of the WORST purchasing experiences of my life! Upon arrival, the car was there, as I lived out of state and contacted them ahead of time. I had a pre approval from my bank, however this dealership didn't work with my bank, so I had to go through their credit approval with the dealership since they told me another buyer was "coming in to look at the vehicle". Got approved, at a higher interest rate through dealership, After 5 hours we finally left with the vehicle. When we got home and reviewed the paperwork, extra charges were added into contract. After many phone calls, they "refunded" the amount of the extra charges, however not the taxes on the extra charges. The finance company name does not appear anywhere on the purchase contract and I still have not been able to obtain a copy of the purchase price signature sheet...overall will never shop at a Napelton dealership again, and will advise any friends and family members not to either!!!

I went to dealership to see the car that I was looking at online. I got there talked to a salesman and he showed me the vehicle and was very helpful. Test drove the car and talked numbers and everything went good. The salesman and finance team were very helpful.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. The agent asked us to wait while they prepared the car for a test drive. We waited for almost 45 minutes, only to have the agent come back and tell us that the test-drive car’s battery was dead. What was most frustrating was that we were left waiting for so long without anyone checking on us or informing us of the issue. When the agent finally came back, there wasn’t even a proper apology for the long wait or the inconvenience. If the vehicle wasn’t available for a test drive, we should have been told much sooner instead of wasting almost an hour of our time. Very poor communication and customer service. I will not be returning to this dealership, and I would not recommend it to others.

What started as a search for a used car, turned to buy a new car. I worked with Jeff he called and went through the numbers and gave me sound advice. The staff was friendly and patient with me while I went through the decision process. It worked out better than expected- thank you Team
