Sent me a polite email inquiring as to whether I had any questions about the car in question. Unfortunately, the car was subsequently, quickly sold to someone else.

AVOID NALLEY!! NO INTEGRITY. - Drove car and liked it but it was comparably priced to a car I was looking at elsewhere. Couldn't agree on price so I left. I reconsidered, came to an agreement to buy over a text w/ Marcus McDonald. Returned to the Nalley 15 min later w/ CASH to pay in full. He and mgr Marquis Williams wouldn't honor the agreement until someone who had NOT already driven the vehicle test drove it. Marquise opted to anger me, WITH an agreement AND ALL CASH, than another person who had yet to drive it. I left very upset. 30 min later, they called me to say the other deal failed. I agreed to buy contingent on agreed repairs. Later Marquise texted that car was fixed, good to go. Set appt for 9A. 1hr later, he texted it WAS SOLD!! ALL THIS knowing I was also buying a new car for my daughter. Marcus even showed me some new KONAs earlier! So, I bought her 2025 KONA within 5 days at Hyundai of Cumming. Oh, and I bought the OTHER Azera too. Dodged a bullet and so should you!

I really wanted this car, and l had a rival offer from Rick Case which l parlayed into the deal at Potemkin. Neither dealer wanted to give up, but l am glad l shopped. It paid off big in the end.

The used vehicle (interior/exterior) quality, pictures, mileage, and price were exactly as the dealer had described and displayed on CarGurus. The used vehicle was fully serviced and cleaned by their service department before they put it on their sales lot. At this dealer, the salesperson and managers for the used vehicle that I purchased were excellent and very professional throughout the entire process. That's why I would recommend this dealer for a used vehicle. Also, their sales process was very quick and efficient. I never felt any pressure. I did not finance this vehicle, but gave them a certified check for the entire purchased amount. Also, I found CarGurus to be the BEST search engine to assist me in finding the used vehicle that I purchased in the Atlanta, GA metro area (6 million residents).

Online is the way to go

I'll try to give my objective review of these guys. I went last Sunday to buy a used Hyundai Elentra from these guys. A sales person (named Julian I believe) took for a test drive and we liked the car. He than brought the price which I believe was 24 thousand something. I told him that my budget is not more than 21 thousand drive-out cost, and I'm sure they could neve give me the price. He talked to the manager and to my surprise he lowered it down to 21K and got my signature that it was okay. Julian was awesome! In the finance department, Mandella also looked very courteous. At one point he stated that if I change the oil of the car for next 3 years, he'll lower my monthly payment by about $20. So my wife, in whose name the car is, is good faith signed everything in ipad fully trusting him. Later on with all surprise we discovered that he made us sign service and other warranty contracts worth about $5,500. Also, while we asked for 60 month’s finance, they gave us 66 months’ fina

The dealership was responsive at first, but once I submitted an offer, the communication slowed significantly. It took two days and a follow‑up message from me to get a reply. When they finally responded, there was no negotiation effort at all — the price actually went up instead of down. Overall, the experience felt unmotivated and not especially customer‑focused.

Do not waste your time going to this dearship. Chris from dealership called me all day to see when I was coming to look at this car and promised they still have it. I had told them i was driving few hours just to get this car and they promised they have it and they will keep it . I called them 20 minutes ago before I reach there they promised they have the car and no one have came to look at it. I get there and seat down Chris comes and tells me they just sold the car two minute before. Seriously this dearship does not value there customers time they make anyone drive for far away try to sale them something else. After I home I had my friend called them to ask them About the car they told them same thing they still have the car he needs to hurry up and come see the car. Such and waste of time believe the other reviews don’t bother going here they will not have the car and try to sale u something else
