Sales person (Valen) was very easy to work with and was responsive and timely. I flew from TN to pick up the car and was met at the airport and shuttled to the dealership. The paperwork took longer than I preferred to get started but I was able to drive away within 30 minutes of my expectation. There were some added fees on top of the sales price which is annoying considering the last several cars that I've purchased have been from private sellers.

From start to finish, the staff at Phil Long Chapel Hill were responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was in search of a first car for my daughter, so finding a safe and reliable vehicle were important to me. Kira and Maggie worked together to answer all of my questions (there were a lot!), provided transparent pricing, and went above and beyond to ensure I had all of the information I needed to make a buying decision. I never once felt pressured. I live an hour away from the dealership so we were able to communicate via text and emails until I felt comfortable coming in to see the car in person. Once we arrived, the car exceeded our expectations and so did the service. From the front desk to the salespeople, to the finance manager and even the general manager, we were treated with respect. Was it worth the drive??? Absolutely. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a top notch team who will match you to a quality vehicle.
