Through contacting the dealer about price and other questions and ultimately purchasing my vehicle there, I was very impressed with the way that all the employees at Haddad Hyundai treated me the customer! My main contact was Kelly and she answered all of my questions and could not have been more helpful but the other salesmen and manager were also respectful and eager to answer all my questions for me.(and I had quite a few) Would highly recommend Haddad Hyundai.

I had inquired about a 2021 used car with 35k miles for around $22k, told them my price range and when I got to the dealership they showed me 2 brand new cars in the $30k plus range before showing me the car I had asked about. They didn’t show me any other used cars. Just because I can afford it, does not mean I want to spend that much money on a car. I felt like they were trying to pressure me into buying a more expensive car by $10-15k because I had a sizable down payment. The sales rep was nice, but I didn’t like how I was being pressured into a car that was significantly above what I was looking for. The sad part was I probably would have purchased one of their used models if they had bothered to show me any of them but never did.
