Tim did a great job, had a positive attitude throughout the process, answered all of our questions, and made us comfortable with our purchase. Excellent communication with timely responses even on his day off still took calls and answered texts, the best. Enjoyed the warm experience and got into the car we wanted at the price we wanted no frills. They responded very quick and Lyla was very helpful with their selection trying to find me the right vehicle for me. Unfortunately it just did not work out. The vehicles I looked at and the one I test drove was not the right one for me. Overall it was a very good experience with their staff.

They bit my credit score , they said that , they wotk with low credit score. This is not real, is like a whipe. Mareting policy as well as fully trapped, they asking 30% down payment and also 25% APR. which one make a car price 2.5 times. It's not customer friendly.

The person I dealt with was nice and pleasant, the so called manager was telling us lies about what they had done to the vehicle when it was not in the car fax report and they had the vehicle since February. I drove 5 hours to go look at the vehicle then spent 2 and half hours in there waiting when the sales person came and said we were waiting on the finance guy. Then one hour later I left. Then they tried to run my credit when I was pre approved through Navy Federal Credit Union and had the check in my hand. They had one job and that was to sale me the vehicle and the didn't get that right.
