Nicholas Harris greeted me at the door and was friendly and knowledgeable about the 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited that I wanted to test drive. After confirming that the internet sales person that I had been emailing was not available, he quickly started the test drive process. Nicholas did an outstanding job showing me the features of the vehicle and made the overall test drive experience wonderful. The issues occurred as we attempted to close a deal. After nearly an hour of negotiating, we arrived at an agreed price that was only $500 less than the asking price. Before signing the deal, I asked if there were two keys. Nicholas confirmed there was only one. I asked for a second key to be included in the deal, a $600 value. The sales manager offered to have a second key made, but returned to the original asking price. They let me walk out of the door over a $600 on a price that was $2,000 over the Kelley Blue Book value. Go elsewhere for a fair deal.

Autonation will be my go to for my next purchase. Process was fast and every one was helpful and friendly. I love my kicks.

We were treated rudely by a very arrogant salesman. When we objected to some of the options that were not really optional, the salesman became angry and tossed the paper. We will not buy a car from Vandergriff.

Shane promised me he could get me in a car and he delivered as promised. It wasn’t the car I originally looked at but a better one. Go see Shane and he will get it done.

This was the worse dealership in the DFW area. My salesperson was not very knowledgeable and vehicle was not in the condition that was discussed prior to me arriving at the dealership. I purchased and ended up returning the vehicle the next day due to the salesperson lying about things being fixed on the vehicle prior to purchase (tire and recalls). I would never advise anyone to purchase a vehicle from here ever. No wonder their lot is full of vehicle.
