Very friendly and helpful staff

Contacted to see the car. Appointment was made. Showed up. Received a call. The car is not there. General manager took it for the day without telling staff. They dropped the ball and never contacted me after. I wasted 2 hrs and a bridge toll. Bad experience for such a simple thing, to see the car. Also, they raised the posted price by $2000. It is still posted.

Great experience with Fremont Hyundai. They communicated throughout, stayed open late for us, and got the deal done quickly. Fahim the Salesman and Dimitri the Finance Manager were great to work with.

I tried to reach out multiple times and every time a different sales representative would tell me a different story about the car and it’s been two weeks. The car is still on their website and they never were able to tell me if the car is available or not. I had somebody to go check the car out and then they said it’s in reconditioning and that they will call back when it’s ready. They never called back and one of the cars was sold and that was a toyota prius. The Hyundai Sonata one is still there on the website, but the service is horrible that They never came back with if the car is available for us to go check or not. Until this minute the car is still up on their website and no one reached out to me to tell me if the car is available. Very bad service and team.

I honestly didn’t think I’d end up buying the Ioniq 9 after the nightmare I went through at Hyundai Fremont. I was this close to giving up. But on a whim, I emailed Hyundai Vallejo to check if they had the model I wanted and that’s where everything turned around. Fadi Yanni emailed me back almost immediately. When I called him, he was straightforward, professional, and actually willing to give me the out‑the‑door price without any games. When I arrived at the dealership later that afternoon, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. I test‑drove the car with Diana Silva, their product specialist, and Francisco (new hire) who was a new hire. I don’t think I’ve ever had that much fun on a test drive. Diana knew everything about the car, every feature, every detail and she answered all my questions with patience and confidence. When it came time for financing, Michael Vasquez continued that same level of professionalism and friendliness. I highly recommend Hyundai Vallejo!
