The car that was shown in the picture was not the car at the dealer …did not have the same options as advertised

Probably one of the WORST purchasing experiences of my life! Upon arrival, the car was there, as I lived out of state and contacted them ahead of time. I had a pre approval from my bank, however this dealership didn't work with my bank, so I had to go through their credit approval with the dealership since they told me another buyer was "coming in to look at the vehicle". Got approved, at a higher interest rate through dealership, After 5 hours we finally left with the vehicle. When we got home and reviewed the paperwork, extra charges were added into contract. After many phone calls, they "refunded" the amount of the extra charges, however not the taxes on the extra charges. The finance company name does not appear anywhere on the purchase contract and I still have not been able to obtain a copy of the purchase price signature sheet...overall will never shop at a Napelton dealership again, and will advise any friends and family members not to either!!!

Very flexible to my questions

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. The agent asked us to wait while they prepared the car for a test drive. We waited for almost 45 minutes, only to have the agent come back and tell us that the test-drive car’s battery was dead. What was most frustrating was that we were left waiting for so long without anyone checking on us or informing us of the issue. When the agent finally came back, there wasn’t even a proper apology for the long wait or the inconvenience. If the vehicle wasn’t available for a test drive, we should have been told much sooner instead of wasting almost an hour of our time. Very poor communication and customer service. I will not be returning to this dealership, and I would not recommend it to others.

I worked with Dottie trying to purchase a vehicle and she was very professional and courteous. I requested lots of info by text messages and she was very responsive. She also provided detailed pricing info upon my request, and I greatly appreciated that. I also contacted several other dealers, but none of them provided accurate info and they all tried to trick me by playing with numbers. Dottie was the only one who didn't. I ended up not buying the vehicle I was interested in, only because my wife changed her mind at the last minute. I'd love to work with Dottie again in the future!

I went there for the ford focus. Upon showing up the back bumper clip was breaking. Couldn't see that in photos. The ac motor was bad as well. The cv axle was bad as well. This i found out b4 the prepurchase inspection with almost no mechanical back ground. I dont even change my own oil. But I still heard a clicking. This car shouldnt have even been allowed to test drive with a clicking cv axle lol. So we come back try to negotiate and couldnt come to come to terms. My friend calls negotiates they told us 5.5k out the door tax title fees plates etc. I go back they told me no plates etc just 5.5k out the door. I know its only a few hundred but that isn't what we agreed on. Sales rep gets their manager and they proceed to make me wait 30 minutes for the manager and then they start showing the car. They were gonna make me and her bid against eachother.scummy. the car needed 1500 in repairs and theyd hardly work with us on price. Cv axle is a saftey issue when clicking. Not a luxury.
