Test drove the car. Yes it was decent. In doing finance they couldn't give me any money for my trade in so I left. Suddenly they found some money to buy my trade but still not enough. Then for the next few days they hounded both myself and my husband to come back and rethink it. I went to another dealer who gave me what I needed for my trade and closed a deal. I will never go here again.

I found a truck I was interested in on Cars Guru and contacted the dealership via the web site. I received a call regarding the truck that day and I advised the gentleman that I had an amount for deposit and the payment I desired. He said he would get back to me the next day and I agreed. I did not receive and any contact until 3 days later and it was from a young lady asking if I had been helped in regard to the truck. I advised her that I had not, and she stated that she would pass it along. Once I spoke to a sales rep and again stated my intentions and whether he could help me or not with what I needed. He stated he would get back to me and when he did, it was as if he never heard what I requested. Payment was well above what I needed, then stated that if I had GREAT credit then he could help me. I advised him of my current score, and he advised me that they needed to run my credit. I then advised him that I was buying a house and I could not risk too many pulls on my credit.

Car was dirty, had tire pressure light on and musty smell. Paint damage that was not in description. I understand it is a 12 year old vehicle, But condition can be explained and the vehicle can be ready for sale when you told them you were coming to see it.

Quick, easy process. Pete was extremely helpful and transparent.

My round trip was almost 60 miles. The low mileage Lincoln was a piece of junk. Door panels off leather seats torn and cracked driver door had to be slamed really hsrd to close. I choose not to drive for fear it would fall apart or get me stranded. I would not have given even a $1k for it let alone $7,250.
