Trista was awesome! Sent me all requested materials, was honest, upfront and professional. The overall experience has been a dream thus far. Requested some pics, got full videos, digital information packet, carfax report, all the data to confirm it was in fact the one my wife wanted, features, trim, color combinations. Original OEM window sticker, with a great personality. We are scheduled to have it shipped next week and its not the first car we have bought online and definitely won't be the last, but I thought the way Trista handle our web Requests and followed up was so phenomenal I'm going to reach out to her for our next vehicle and see what she can find.
