I had a completely different opinion of the BMW dealership, especially in downtown Los Angeles. The employees seemed completely clueless about their job and the entire process, except for Art. I am shocked that the BMW dealer sold me the car with completely different tires. I could not imagine a BMW dealer would do something like that.

“The service was average. I was attended to, but I felt a lot of pressure to buy and little willingness to provide solutions. The vehicle had some issues (such as missing headrests), and there was no flexibility to negotiate or address them. Overall, the experience was not the best.”

I asked them up front about any additional costs after I read other reviews. They assured me the price is accurate with the exception of tax and licensing. I went there ready to pay cash but they told me there was an additional $3000 charge for dealer accessories. Paint protection ( commonly called mop and glow by the dealerships and LoJack they were $1500 each. They refused to remove them and didn’t seem to have a problem waiting my time and lying since I asked them up front. I do not recommend this dealer in any way.

So this car that needs brakes and rotors without telling us during the test drive there was so much traffic. I was unable to go fast enough to fill the shape when you stop. What they said was the cameras on the windshield needs to be recalibrated, which is incorrect the whole steering wheel, which needs to be replaced because the horn doesn’t work and none of the steering wheel buttons work back license plate lights were out. It was daytime so I could not tell until I was on the freeway home and a few other details. Overall zero stars.

ZERO STARS! Do not waste your time here! VERY bad service and huge wait time. Called Moe, said he would be there the next day, but he didn’t show so there was no financing. When another financial manager showed hours later I was denied for no reason! Ari would not tell me why! I wasted two days trying to buy a vehicle.
