Not helpful at all

I had a great experience at Grand Motorcars. They offer a very nice and well-maintained selection of vehicles, and the staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and welcoming throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality cars and excellent customer service.

I reached out to this dealer and tried to set up a time to look at the vehicle, on the day we scheduled, no one would answer the phone, I left avm, texted them and emailed. No communication back. I wanted to buy the vehicle and the dealership was about an hour from my house and wanted to confirm before I drove an hour. Still to this day no one has returned my calls. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

The car did not have all of the features listed. It also had some undisclosed issues that I have/ will remedy. I was told that the car was being looked over to make sure it was in the best possible condition. I was told that the only issue was that the radio needed to be programmed and that I would be contacted to take care of it. I live 2 hours from the dealership so it would have been a hassle to do so but I would have taken it back to have it done. I was not contacted.

I didn’t realize it until after I left the lot but my used CR-V was not fully prepped when I went to pick it up. There was debris behind and underneath the seats. Overall this was not the type of service I’ve come to expect.
