Life’s worst experience at this dealership today. Was in contact with dealership for 2018 volvo xc90 and confirms many time that car is ready for sale. But when i get there and they were offering me other vehicles instead of volvo. But I refused and they said wait. I wait more then hour and they show me vehile that is full of mess. I can’t believe its vw dealership. Vehicle has break issues and check engine sign on. I wish i can complain about this management team somew. I spent 2.5 hours to get there but totally they totally disheart

I believe most of people are nice there but the sales representative we got wasn't polite enough. The way he was talking and negotiating came to us little harsh, immature, arrogant and disrespectful. Nevertheless, We bought the car because we like it but not the hospitality. I think they can do better. Only if they were little nicer , I could have rated them 4 or 5 stars. It seems they really don't care much about good customer service

The Hall Honda folks called me 15 times over the course of 4-5 days and I received several emails also during this same time period ... way too agressive for my liking - additionally, the sales manager flat out lied to me when i asked whether or not their "Internet Assistant" (Elaine) was a real person or AI (robot)...she told me she was real but she worked from home... overly agressive persistence in trying to make a sale is one thing , but lying to the customer is over the top - I will never buy anything from Hall Honda & I will never recommend _
