Concesionarios de Honda cercanos (Winter Haven, FL)

I called Winter Haven Honda about a Honda Civic they had for sale. I asked what the sale price was. I was then told they were marking the Civic up thousands of dollars over MSRP, Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price. That's right, they wanted thousands of dollars over what the Honda manufacturer said was fair. I suggested that was a loss of Winter Haven Honda's credibility, and the sales representative said, no it isn't. If somebody is willing to pay that price, we will sell it at that price. I told him that I would not ever be buying a Honda product again! I would stay away from Winter Haven Honda in central Florida.

Douglass was a great sales representative. A true professional in every way and very knowledgeable about vehicles.

The manager Josh is very bad person to deal with and not honest person. He said he will make me a deal for the new car 30,000 out of the door after I was leaving but then after driving the car and liked it! I was waiting for the deal to be done the sales man came back to me saying the manager put it as 37,800!!!! The is playing with his words and not honest person.
