Overall, the experience was good, and I’m happy with the vehicle and the deal we agreed upon. However, I was very disappointed with how long the entire process took. We arrived around 6:30 PM, and we had already agreed on the vehicle and the purchase price. Despite that, we ended up being at the dealership until almost 11:00 PM. A large part of the wait involved having to wait for every financial change or adjustment to be processed. After that, we had to wait approximately two hours before Finance was available. Once we finally met with Finance, there was also a significant amount of time spent trying to upsell additional insurance and protection products. I understand that these products are part of the sales process, but after already spending several hours at the dealership, it made an already very long evening even more frustrating. My biggest suggestion would be to improve the efficiency of the financial and Finance department process.

The salesperson I worked with is named Eddie. He is the nicest person. It made it so easy for me to feel comfortable about the whole process. He explained everything to me, answered even my dumbest questions, he was so knowledgeable and helpful. When it comes time for my next car (which I hope won’t be for a long time because I am really enjoying my new car), I hope he is my salesperson again.

Dealership with many add-ons that the dealership claimed that the price can be negotiable but in the car listing it clearly states that those pre installed items are optional. I would say for this reason I did not purchase here. Be transparent and you will get more cars sold.
