He clearly explained the condition and advantages of the 2022 model, which made the experience smooth and informative. Pros: * Great customer service from the salesperson * Strong knowledge of the vehicle Cons: * I received a call from another representative at the dealership. I prefer to work with one point of contact throughout the process. I would only expect to speak with others if it’s necessary to finalize the deal.

Do not buy from this dealership. I sent email seeking interest in bmw 5 series on CarGurus. The next morning about 9am victor Pacheco from landmark Honda internet sale professional called me, sent me video indicating the car was available for sale. He even sent me the carfax report. I applied for credit which I was approve and leading to a on my credit score because of the hard inquiry. He then request for my insurance and DL which I sent via email. He gave me a final call around 10am and started if you can get here by 1pm the car will be yours. I sent him my ETA when I left my house, even called him when I was half way my trip, never did he tell me the car was sold. I drove more than 2 hours, got there before 1pm only for him to tell me the car is sold. He wasn’t not worried about me the time I wasted he just wanted to sell me Other cars. He was not professional. I requested to talk to his manager who only told me that how the business works.

I had a great experience with Sheehy Honda! Fifi was my sales rep and she was very kind and helpful and I was able to purchase the car I saw on Cargurus and test drive it all in the same day. I highly recommend this dealership.

Used CarGurus to find this vehicle. Made an appointment to test drive the specific vehicle. Dealership is an 1 1/2 hour drive. Woke up early see the vehicle and possibly make a year end deal. Get there (1st customers), and the sales manager intentionally directed us to someone completely unprepared because he was aware he was getting a customer. Car suddenly was sold the night before (11pm) and they don’t have it anymore. BAIT AND SWITCH!! I’m going to find the VIN of the vehicle and get proof it was sold! Sales guy extends our stay another two hours saying he can get us into a new vehicle. Sure but 100.00 a month more in payment we knew we didn’t want. We came in with our own financing and knew he wasn’t going to get close. Complete wastes of time. Just be honest about your inventory. CarGurus needs to enforce this. We know now, call and speak to someone (get a name!) and tell them you are only interested in the specific car with the stock#.

the staff deliberately failed to advise issues with the car, and deliberately hid them for us to find out after delivery, the staff also said the car had features it did not have, very dissapointed with the process and the dealership. do not recommend using them

Great experience overall. Drove 250 miles to Maryland and the car was exactly as described. Andrew was courteous and professional, and Carlos in finance made the process smooth. Very happy with my purchase and the way I was treated.
