I prefer to work with one point of contact throughout the process. I would only expect to speak with others if it’s necessary to finalize the deal.

Do not buy from this dealership. I sent email seeking interest in bmw 5 series on CarGurus. The next morning about 9am victor Pacheco from landmark Honda internet sale professional called me, sent me video indicating the car was available for sale. He even sent me the carfax report. I applied for credit which I was approve and leading to a on my credit score because of the hard inquiry. He then request for my insurance and DL which I sent via email. He gave me a final call around 10am and started if you can get here by 1pm the car will be yours. I sent him my ETA when I left my house, even called him when I was half way my trip, never did he tell me the car was sold. I drove more than 2 hours, got there before 1pm only for him to tell me the car is sold. He wasn’t not worried about me the time I wasted he just wanted to sell me Other cars. He was not professional. I requested to talk to his manager who only told me that how the business works.

Used CarGurus to find this vehicle. Made an appointment to test drive the specific vehicle. Dealership is an 1 1/2 hour drive. Woke up early see the vehicle and possibly make a year end deal. Get there (1st customers), and the sales manager intentionally directed us to someone completely unprepared because he was aware he was getting a customer. Car suddenly was sold the night before (11pm) and they don’t have it anymore. BAIT AND SWITCH!! I’m going to find the VIN of the vehicle and get proof it was sold! Sales guy extends our stay another two hours saying he can get us into a new vehicle. Sure but 100.00 a month more in payment we knew we didn’t want. We came in with our own financing and knew he wasn’t going to get close. Complete wastes of time. Just be honest about your inventory. CarGurus needs to enforce this. We know now, call and speak to someone (get a name!) and tell them you are only interested in the specific car with the stock#.

This dealership was unquestionably the worst I have encountered in my fifty years of vehicle purchasing. I visited one evening to view a 2025 Ram 1500 Laramie. After retrieving the truck for my inspection, the salesman, Ozcan, informed me that the battery was dead. He explained that a previous salesperson may have left the lights on, which drained the battery after driving the vehicle with another customer. I then waited approximately forty-five minutes at his desk for him to return. The following day, I returned to discover that the vehicle had been sent to a Dodge dealership for a thorough inspection before I could proceed with the test drive. I waited about thirty minutes before Ozcan returned and stated that once the vehicle was back at their dealership, he would personally drive it to my residence, located approximately fifty minutes away, for a test drive. However, I heard nothing further from him.
