Wasted my time going back with Ethan Madrid all day. Trying to make a deal after they added $4,000 in fees which didn’t exist finally decided to follow threw had financing threw my own bank they still insisted on running my credit. I had financing threw my own bank when the time came to purchase they tell me the car is sold but it’s still listed never seen a dealership who didn’t want to sale some one a car such losers wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone fees are outrageous.They rather hold on to cars to find someone who’s dumb enough to fall for there fees $2,000 for a alarm that was supposedly added. Such a joke

The Internet sales department contacted immediately after I called them. They responded with a written certificate that stated the exact price and terms of the agreement that I had wanted. I arrived at my agreed appointment time on 12/31/24. They explained all the certificate discounts and documents. They honored everything on the written certificate and did not try to upsell on items I stated in writing and verbally that I wasn't willing to pay extra. This was by far the simplest and least stressful experience I have ever had when dealing with a dealership. Highly recommend this dealership and their sales team!

The time at the dealership was ok. Not a lot of pressure so that was nice. Make sure you thoroughly check out the car. The driver's side visor was defective and they never mentioned that which I'm sure they were aware of

I sent two different online request for information about a certain vehicle, never heard from a sales rep. I finally called a couple days later and the person on the phone said they don’t give quotes and/or fees over the phone. I do not waste my time with dealers like this.
