I could not have been happier.\n Juliana was a fantastic person. General manager was awesome finance guy. Devin was tremendous. I'll always go back and I'll definitely recommend it to my friends.

I arranged to travel the 2+ hours to Port Richey to pick up a vehicle and received plenty of confirmation messages reminding me of my appointment, but received no notice when the car I was coming to pick up had been sold until I had already made the trip. Even then, the notification was from Car Gurus, not the dealership. I was told the salesman had a family emergency at 3am, which is understandable, but also that the car had sold the previous evening and that I would be contacted by management to make up for my inconvenience. I received no call, and when I emailed the sales manager, he never even responded. Unforeseen circumstances and accidents happen; not communicating is a choice. This dealership chooses to be unprofessional.

I hooked up an OBD2 scanner (code reader) before the test drive. It indicated multiple misfires. Sure enough, 2 miles into the test drive, the car went into limp mode. The dealer said they would fix it, provided I pay the full asking price PLUS almost $5000 in hidden fees. We walked away. You should too

Overall, the sales woman was very helpful and polite, nice and respectable the sales manager I felt like he was lying to me from the start. I wouldn’t trust a word he said, even though I made the deal, I know I lost. When you leave a dealership feeling this way, you’re not gonna recommend it …… sorry

Every bit of information on the car was conflicting ! The price that started out as $9,999.00 (absolutely outrageous price for this car) changed in 2 days to well over $11,000.00 the actual mileage on the odometer was different than what they advertised it at . Claiming it had 33,000 miles when evidence showed otherwise ! Example: 1.) The brake pedal rubber cover was worn all the way thru to the metal pedal ? Something that would only start to wear like that when approaching closer to 100,000 miles ! 2.) The car maintenance records showed tie rod ends replaced ? At such a low mileage ? Other issues also reflected that the mileage was so incredibly incorrect ! When I spoke with Josh the sales manager about the absolutely ridiculous price, he simply said to me, " what would you be willing to pay?" When I said between 5 to 6 thousand , he immediately said ok for $6,000 from over the $11,000 they where asking for it ? Can you see there is something very suspiciously wrong h

overall a good experience

It was strickly a long distance conversation with a very informative and pleasant sales person. I would consider them again in the future.
