I was all set up to purchase the vehicle , submitted the information for financing then couldn't get ahold of nobody then found out they sold the vehicle. I had to leave several messages for them to not run my credit as I was not interested in any other vehicles they had , finally got a response 2 days later. I do not recommend using this dealership.

I will not consider any vehicle with this dealership because they don't know how to answer simple questions I asked. Instead they sent email after email which I requested they NOT do. And those emails included so much information and links to documents that they wanted me to search through to find answers on my own. I didn't find the answers but they continued sending emails to me: three people sent me emails filling my mailbox with junk instead of answers. This dealership doesn't know how to hold a conversation via email with their customers so I will put them on the DO NOT VISIT list and any cars I see in my search which come from this dealership will be ignored.

Highly recommended, I didn’t purchase a vehicle here due to it not being there, but they did have a different one I looked at, no pushing or anything, very personable and friendly, the amount of time waiting to see a vehicle was 5 minutes and we were test driving it, the trade in check was quick and didn’t take too long either, I would recommend Honda on Grand to anyone looking for a vehicle that would like a friendly and speedy process.
