The Honda of Hollywood team went above and beyond to make my car purchase a smooth and timely process.

I was working with a salesman and I'm from Oregon disabled with the life ending noncurable disease. I asked him if he can help me with the California tax. And he says the way that we can do that is to put a truck underneath the car and get it up there. I asked him if he can help me. He said, that's something you could do on my own that he didn't know anybody, or anyone that does that. So I started looking for other vehicles elsewhere found a few They got back in contact. I told a lady from the dealership told her what was going on And they said, oh well, we do that. And we can help you out with that. That's so awesome, but I'm definitely interested in the car. The salesman hit me up again. I said yes I'm still interested in the car but anyway, I didn't get the help now I end purchasing in Oregon with the same color and miles 35 thousand miles on a 2016 honda touring crv

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Inmer was the salesperson that helped me and he was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He asked questions and listened to what I wanted. Car buying is stressful, and Inmer and as well as Chris in Finance, made it less so as there wasn't any pressure. I had already been to 2 other dealerships. The process takes some time, but I expected that if I decided to purchase the car. Overall I had a good experience at Honda of North Hollywood.

Big respect to this dealership who is also well staffed for all your needs. They're all on the same page and is customer first based mentality. I met Valerie in service department as well and she is also very professional courteous and bilingual. She has also addressed our questions and or concerns in a highly professional way. I had got it to get finananed then they asked me to return the car after I told them the engine light went on and keep trying to give me a different car to purchase under finance. They took long to reimburse my money I gave for Down payment
