The salesperson was super nice. Which is why i am leaving 3 stars. But she absolutely did not disclose the cosmetic damage on this car before I made a 5 hour round trip to purchase it. We talked for 3 days prior to me coming up and although I asked time and time again to show me any damage at all on car. I was told car had no cosmetic damage at all. Which was not true. I recieved multiple pics and videos and none showed any damage at all. When i arrrived there to get vehicle i was shocked as there were multiple issues including dents and scratches on vehicle. Every wheel had cosmetic damage. Vehicle needed brakes. Alot of rock chips on front end. Aftermarket windshield and cracked panoramic roof glass from windshield install. Anyways. Alot of time wasted but lesson learned pay for a inspection before you make any trip to purchase a used vehicle. Thanks.

I purchased a Ford Bronco from this dealership on 12/23/25. I live in Maine and didn’t need to go to the dealership, just wanted to have it transported. I was told after putting down the deposit that they didn’t have the title (no big deal) and it may take up to 2 weeks for them to receive it. Once they got some clarity on that I agreed to wire the remaining balance of the vehicle on 12/30. I was told the vehicle would be picked up by transport within 36-48 hours of them receiving payment. It’s now 1/8 and I still have not heard from the transport company or received any communication from Hendrick as to why such a long delay. I have been very patient and followed thru with all of the details on my end. The dealership has not communicated or followed through with anything they have told me so far. Frankly, I’m worried I will receive the vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership if you’re considering a purchase.
