Dealership lied, said they placed a used Honda hrv exl on hold. Drove an hour and a half to look at and buy the specific car that was placed on hold. Confirmed the morning of again that we would be by to see and purchase the vehicle. 30 minutes before we reached the dealership they texted that they sold the vehicle. Dealership refused to make the situation right. Would not give a deal on the car they had similar to the one that was placed on hold.

They definitely didn’t try to communicate with me, someone who was willing to buy from out of state, and they definitely didn’t much care to earn business. I also know it’s not the 90’s with negotiations but 0 effort at trying to earn business. Never spoke on the phone only through text. I told the there was another car I was looking at a little bit cheaper, all that was said was alright, no attempts to try and earn my business, no phone calls.

I lived that i was able to test drive the car without an employee w me. I was told vehicle had been detailed, yet they're eye NUMEROUS crumbs everywhere. The engine was filthy, the oil stick was rusted, huge scratch down the entire length of the passenger side. I was told it was sold as is with no warranty or guarantee of any kind. I was permitted to take it to my mechanic (which was very nice) and he laughed me out of his shop.
