Excellent service and what they quoted was what I paid. The finance department was very straight forward and unlike other dealers Ive dealt with did not try and add on stuff during the process. I was of course offered an extended warranty but declined and was not in the slightest pressured to take it. I would do business with this dealership again any chance I got.

I contacted them about a used Toyota which was advertised for sale. They insisted I drive the 1.5 hours to the dealership, then had me wait another 30 minutes before telling me it was not delivered to them yet. I drove down the next week when they assured me it was there. It was dented on several panels and had not been cleaned up. It had mismatched tires and one seat heater didn't work. The sales staff acted like none of this was a problem. They then left me sitting in the dealership alone until I finally left on my own. I don't know what the problem was but I spent a total of 6 hours on the road and 2 hours in the dealership and I feel lucky that I dodged a bullet here. I did get to see all the old school sales tactics employed on the new car customers. I was not a fan of that either. This place did help me justify the premium of going to a major used car retailer instead.
