The actual in-person Customer Service at that store is horrendous. The E-sales and quickness in that dept are top-notch notch but how are you supposed to sell and give a good customer experience with your on-the-floor sales guys lacking? I walked in and was already assigned a guy before I even got there but that guy wasn't available for me and I had to sit and wait for him for 20 mins upon arriving. When making contact with Chris we chatted for a moment and I asked for numbers. I asked him for a cash price and he came back with a price of $5000 more than the sticker price one of those being a $699 POSMI fee which he explained to be a detailing fee. When I suggested that fee was outrageous because that was a used car and the car was not even clean it still had white dog hair in the captain seats and splatter on the back of the leather; he threw his arms in the air, slapped his side and looked at me and said what would you like me, yell at him? I could go on but I'm only allowe so much
