Got a great deal on the car but unfortunately the dealership was very unprofessional. The saleswoman I worked with used very childish verbiage when texting me about car. When I actually purchased the car, there was only 50 miles worth of gas to drive.

Would never do business with these guys. They appear to play bait and switch games here. Price was advertised at lower price point From that when I called. Appears they felt they could change the pricing based on amount of attention they were getting from the color of the car being in hot demand. Quoted one price then same day coupe hours later they were asking 2k higher.

To start the salesman Salim was good to go. I fully intended to purchase this vehicle, but not that day. I wanted to test drive it before hand, and had limited time that day to do it. Salim’s boss was very pushy, rushed to sell the car a s started purchase paperwork without asking us. He then added close to $4000 of “extra” protection and was adamant about selling it, to which we declined after 3 attempts to make us purchase it. He then raised the price $900 to $30,900, even though the listed price was $30K, then tried to play coy like it was a mistake. I was pre-qualified before I went and showed them what rate I had. They ran my credit several times, as I get email notifications as when it is ran. Then tried to give me a different rate then what I was pre-qual for. After threatening to walk out he then miraculously found a bank that approved my pre qualified rate. They kept us there entirely to long and a scheduled appointment was missed because of that.
