I went to Precision Honda after looking at a potential car to purchase. The salesperson, Alex, was very helpful in helping me to decide whether or not I wanted to do a purchase from them. He not only showed the car I was looking at but he also showed me another one and gave helpful ideas on cars to purchase. He also introduced m to his boss who shared some information with me that I was not aware of. I'm pretty sure that I will be making this purchase because his helpfulness.

talked with them on the phone only asking out door price via email, they were borderline mean and didn’t provide any price information on the phone or email, after checking details of the car, they try to add over $6000 of optional things which are literal scams.. And they called and texted so many times even though I didn’t answer/reply afterwards.

Was told I couldn’t view photos bc it was undergoing inspection and would get some later that day. 3 days later no follow up. Then told it did not meet safety standard so it was sent to auction. However, its listed here and now with a different price. Initially, it was 12k on car gurus and when going to their site it was at 15k then. 2 different advertised prices. Now its on car gurus but listed for the 15k. So did it go to auction? Or they didn't want to honor by law the lowest advertised price. Hence, why they avoided me after my inquiry. Doesn't feel right.
