Concesionarios de Honda cercanos (Buffalo, NY)

I scheduled an appointment to test drive this car. Arrived at the dealership at my appointment time and no one greeted me for nearly 8minutes; then the car wasn't even ready and waiting so had to wait another 10minutes. Test drive of the RAV4 was choppy and quickly realized this was not the car for me. Asked to test drive 2 more cars. The Honda CRV had a ton of dog fur in trunk and back seat had green boogers on center console; poorly detailed for test drive. Subaru Forester was the one I zeroed in on but after having a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) w/ my mechanic; only to find out a safety issue was present (that dealer said was already done) that he repaired before letting me drive it out/back to dealer + mechanic found nearly $2k of work right off the bat that would be needed for safety and function. Dealer would not even honor the work they did/fix it and only offered a new battery w/o discount on OTD price. I walked away. Lost a potential customer for all other cars.

Car sold before we could visit the dealership. Unfortunately, they didn’t have anything else we were interested in.
