They called me to schedule aaappointment for a test drive at 1:00. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come out and talk to me. After waiting another 10 minutes the car salesman came back and told me that the car was sold. What a waste of my day.

The price the dealer lists is not accurate pricing, and their staff is not very helpful. I asked simple questions like about damage reported on carfax and the sales rep said they cannot share any of that information with me... I clarified I am not asking for information about the last owner, but that did not help any. Then I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager asked if i am a student or a veteran, etc. when I said no, the price was increased by $3000

The sticker price on the car we wanted to see was $5000 higher than the online price that they showed. The dealer prep fee alone was $2000 extra so they quote one price online as a bait to get you in to the dealer, but loads of other fees are added in. The salesman seemed high pressure and we told him we could not afford the payment schedule he put forward so he tried to stretch out the loan to 72 months and wanted us to put a larger down payment down. An additional salesman was called into the room in order to double team us but we were uncomfortable in the end so we left.
