This is a Bait & Switch dealership. Monday, I made a Thursday appointment to see the car. Tuesday, they phoned to ask if I was still interested. Wednesday, they texted for me to confirm I was coming. Thursday, at 11:30AM, they phoned to say they would have it ready. I was already driving to the dealership. I arrived early. "Sorry" they said. "It JUST got sold. But let us show you these other cars." I pointed out that if, indeed, it had "just sold," the buyers were already doing the paperwork when they called me.

Typical used car playlist I was told the vehicle was sold as soon as they learned it was a cash deal (no Trade In ) The car remained online for 5 days after I requested a test drive.

Denzel was a good sales person.

Everyone at Kelly Honda was pleasant and helpful. They had the RAV4 waiting for me to test drive. I financed through Kelly and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend

Chris Yanes was great as was the other staff who handled phone calls when we were getting ready to pick up the new car. I honestly have not had a smoother experience from start to end. Highly recommend - financing was seamless as well.

I corresponded by phone when I inquired about a car that was emailed to me through Carguru. The sales person gave me all the detail about the car but in the end it was not what I was looking for. After a lenghthy conversation, I was helped to narrow down the perfect car that would fit my needs. They are helping me find it, and have been keeping in touch with me with new used cars that become available. The follow up is excellent and much appreciated.

Salesperson Anthony was excellent. Owner was aggressive and hostile. We ended up walking away due to his behavior.

Biff was amazing, and so friendly! I never like going to dealerships of any sort but he was a pleasure to talk with, and was extremely transparent and helpful with the pricing. They were especially understanding and even allowed us to hold the deposit on the car for longer than usual since they didn’t have the title at the moment (it was a new vehicle they just got traded in) so it made us feel so much better! Me and my boyfriend are so excited to visit a second time when we go to pick up my new car 😁

I was able to communicate with them and they were kind in answering my questions then when I requested a visit and to test other vehicles there has been mo response for several days now. At this point I do not know if the vehicle I was interested originally is available.
