Worst customer service ever. They lied about the car being available and tried to sell me another car. I was there over an hour and never got to see the car I came for. It was the worst experience and I’ve never heard back from anyone from the dealership regarding my experience.

I feel like I was pretty upfront in what I wanted for my trade which was what I had been offered at a few other dealerships. The car I test drove still had dog hair in it, some thick black substance lined around the inside of the doors and back hatch, didn’t drive well, and kept dinging as I drove. Everyone had seatbelts on and I asked what the dinging noise was. Sales guy didn’t have a clue. He was very friendly but when I got back to inquire what I could receive for my trade (to see if I could maybe make a deal on a different vehicle) the sales manager gave a me a lowball number and kept trying to convince me I wouldn’t be able to get more and I had just received a quote from a dealership a few stores down for a few thousand more. I walked out with no car and no desire to look for another on this lot. What a waste of my time.
