Classic bait and switch. I wanted to come test drive the car then I got a call and was told the car was no longer at that store. Few days go by and I got a text asking if I was still interested in the car ???? So I called and talked to someone who set up an appointment for mw to come in . Guess what cars not there again. 3rd time I got a text TODAY . Same thing "Hey! Are you still interested in our 2023 Integra A-Spec. " Im set bought a Type- S from another dealer

The car was advertised with heated seats but did not have them. They offered $400 or to bring it back for aftermarket installation. I chose to have them installed myself so that I could make sure it was a quality installation. In my opinion they should pay my installation cost which will be way higher than $400. This wasn't my fault. Otherwise, everything was great.

My salesperson Marc was and is amazing. I had called him on a different car and it was already spoken for. He took my number down and reached out to me when the car suddenly became available. I was able to buy a highly desirable limited production car that was marked up over MSRP at every other dealer in the country, except Balise. I asked why and he said they don’t believe in doing that. People don’t do business like this anymore, please go there and buy your next car! Say Bob from Rhode Island sent you.

I haven't bought a car from a dealership in years and I was bracing for the worst, but my existing at Balise Toyota was easy with no pressure and straightforward. I would definitely consider buying from Balise in the future.

I worked with Allan, who was available for any and all questions I had. If he didn’t know the answer, he was upfront and went to ask someone who would know rather than making up an answer. He had the vehicle up front and ready for me to test drive and was understanding when I had to run to the bank multiple times. He brought the vehicle to get detailed, put the plates on, and filled the tank before I left. Even offered to help me connect my phone to the cars infotainment. 10/10 highly recommend, I felt no pressure to purchase before, during, or after my test drive.
