Concesionarios cercanos (Hillside, NJ)

The price was not the same on the Internet. I was told someone was going to get back to me that never happened so I eventually went and purchased somewhere else and paid all cash.

at arrival, i requested to test the car, but salesman brought car out of lot with empty sign of gas. we took the car out and we stopped at a gas station and I don't know how much he requested. we drove a block or 2 but i like the car and I proceeded to purchase. as you know the process was long to get into financing. while i was doing all that, I thought they went and put some gas. at the end i drove the car home and got cut in traffic around 6;30 pm. i noticed when i got home and the same sign of empty of no gas pupped up again. I emailed finance manager and up to today no respoonse.

Good communication they called and said the car was not available

Spoke with rep scheduled a test drive when I came in a few hours later they told me the car was sold that morning

I felt i was part of a bait and switch scam. Text back and forth with a person I thought was a dealer but was not, on the day i drove there I text with the dealer to confirm 3 times and when I got there after over an hour drive, no dealer I spoke with, the car was just sold, a lie and they tried to sell me somthing else. I got smack on the car call the dealership and ask if tge car was available and was told it was. There are dishonest, and do not care about anyone. I recommend that no one use them ever. Its a shame what they do to people

Not good. I asked some questions regarding title and doc fees, if there are any fees buying a car out of state, what the out the door price would be, and all my questions were answered the same way. Come to the dealership we don’t talk numbers over the phone. After the third question I think it slipped out by accident but the finance manager who I was speaking to said I can’t give you an out the door number because we might add on package deals to your purchase. That is extremely sketchy. I have bought cars over the phone in the past and even just bought one last year over the phone, after telling them that, then they wanted to give me a number over the phone, but the great thing was is they sold the car 3 days ago when they finally wanted to talk numbers. Avoid this dealership they seem extremely sketchy and slimy. Could have been an easy transaction but whatever.

Extremely dishonest business practices. Be very careful with this dealership. The car was advertised for around $16,000, but they added nearly $10,000 in extra charges, including insurance products, fees, GPS tracking, and other add-ons that I never asked for. When I questioned these charges and told them I wasn’t interested in the extras, they refused to remove them. Advertising a vehicle at one price and then adding thousands of dollars in unwanted products and fees is extremely misleading. Stay away. In my experience, they seem more interested in taking advantage of inexperienced or inattentive buyers than in selling cars honestly and transparently. I would absolutely not recommend this dealership.

Great experience. Because this would have been a long distance deal, the team went beyond with detailed videos. In the end, we decided that the long distance wasn't going to work, but not because of the experience or the car itself.

Staff was professional and courteous. They had the vehicle as advertised. I will work with them again
