Car not available. It's a hook! Still listed weeks later too! I won't be dooped into being their customer. Moving on to a reputation and humble dealership.

Dealership never responded to me asking questions through Cargurus. When calling, you may or may not get someone to answer. When leaving messages you may or may not get a response. Car was not clean. They said the car drove fine and had no issues. But when it was driven away the car stumbled and had to bring it back. They said they will fix it and would give me updates which I never got any updates at all. Still has a light on for rear sensors. None of the screws holding in the rear fender liner were there. Had to go buy 12 screws. We had to fix the rear grab handle that they did not attach to the roof inside. I would advise you to get a third party shop to inspect vehicle before you purchase here.

Haven’t heard back about the vehicle yet. It was supposed to be in transit!

I was very pleased with them. They were very helpful and friendly. I was able to perchas the truck and am very happy with it. I would recommend them to anybody that was in the market for a car or truck.

Armondo was excellent all the way from the initial phone contact through the closing. Very knowledgeable and professional. The trade in process was not within his control as carvana offered me $7,200s for my Passat trade-in, and i was expecting that much as a fair value offer. The firm uses car fax for their estimates and they are lower than other sources. Everything about the car is excellent and he was most helpful. Would call him again if I need another car.
