I sent them videos of my 1966 Chevelle that I wanted to trade in on the car and they said they were interested and they would get back with me. Never heard anything. Then when I went to look at the car again and it said it was unavailable so I sent an email asking if the car was sold and got no response sent another email got no response and then finally I got an email, and I believe it was from CarGurus that the car was no longer available..... just lack of communication ...when they're trying to sell the car to me they almost harass you with how many emails you get and then when they sell it , and you ask a question ifs it's sold and get no response is just a lack of character on their part...In my opinion that's just bad management.

Salesman, Johnathon, was great. Very helpful. However worst experience ever when picking up the car, had appointment at noon. Sat for OVER an hour, finally got up and complained. Had I known where the guy was. I had seen with an empty office forever. Then he tried to charge me $600 more than purchase price. No financing cash deal, no trade in!!!! Then he screwed up the mileage on the new title. I was fuming. No apology no I’m sorry for your wait or my incompetence
