Buying a car at Victorville Chevrolet was the worst experience of my life. First, they advertised a price on CarGurus, but when I arrived, they raised the price by $3,000; I practically had to fight them to get them to honor the original figure. Luis—the person who handles the numbers—has a terrible attitude and tried to force us to buy optional warranties. Then Matt in finance; he seemed like a nice guy, but he lied to get me to buy an extended warranty. I did buy it, but when I called the next day to cancel it, I found that if you try to cancel something, NO ONE answers or returns your calls. It was a terrible experience; far from being pleasant, the purchase turned into a fight with Luis to keep from getting ripped off.

I had a great experience buying my first car from Victorville Auto Sales! The team was kind, patient, and never rushed me. They walked me through the paperwork, helped set up insurance, and even stayed after hours to answer my questions. They allowed a pre-purchase inspection and helped me secure an excellent extended warranty. Ehab, Ali, and Ike were personable, hospitable, and made the process fun and stress-free. I’d recommend them for their excellent customer service. Updates: Dec 2024: Had the car for a week with no issues. Aug 2025: While the buying experience was excellent, ownership has been challenging. Two weeks after purchase, the car needed a $3,000 camshaft repair, and in July 2025, a full engine replacement costing about $8,000 — both covered under my warranty. I’m grateful for that coverage, but such major repairs so soon were stressful. Get a thorough inspection and understand your warranty.
