Concesionarios cercanos (Hendersonville, TN)

Bought this 2015 Tundra from them a week or so ago - Incredibly happy with my purchase. On top of that, they were very patient with me and my credit union through the process. I live a few hours away from them, and it made the goose chase of getting into a new truck fairly simple.

Unknown if vehicle there. Dealer never replied

He was very easy with getting touch with and communicating. He also helped us find the best monthly price.

Only talked through email. Willing to provide bill of sale, and answer any questions quickly. Only thing that was odd was when asking about if I could take it to a 3rd party mechanic he stated “‘my daughter or I have to be with you when you do this.” Did not feel comfortable doing that so we chose somewhere else to go.

Truck was as listed.

The sales representative was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and was never pushy. In the end, it was my own hesitation that kept me from following through with the purchase. I live south of Nashville, while the dealership is on the north side. I hesitated because I avoid driving through Nashville traffic whenever possible—it sometimes feels like everyone is competing in a combination of a NASCAR race and bumper cars! Before I could arrange for someone else to drive me to the dealership, the vehicle sold the very next morning. The vehicle appeared to be immaculate, and the salesperson was honest, professional, and easy to work with. Based on my experience, I would gladly buy from this dealership—provided I can find a ride there first!
