I received communication from the salesman almost immediately after inquiring about a certain vehicle. He helped me get the price I needed for the vehicle I was after and kept me updated on paperwork, financing, the works. They had the truck waiting for me with a bow and all. I texted them a screenshot from cargurus of the car asking if it was available they responded that they would check then the responded again that it was available. When got there they showed me the car said it was not available cause of a busted transmission,and that it was going to be auctioned.Then tried to sell me a car with 80k more miles messed up paint torn up interior the car was a piece of junk for the same price as the car I was interested in after explaining to the salesperson that he was basically insulting my intelligence. He tried to sell me his personal car. It was a waste of time and a horrible experience.

I asked for a bill of sale to send to my credit union due to the fact I had a pre approved loan waited 4 hours just to be told another person was already approved to buy the truck by the finance person who never told the salesman that it was already taken. Horrible experience.
