First off I want to say these days it is very hard to find a good honest salesman. In my experience 9/10 it never felt right and so I never processed with the purchase. From the moment I got on the phone with rafiq I felt at ease and could tell he was a genuinely honest man. He was very polite and told me everything about the car and there were no surprises. I drove up there and got a nice firm hand shake he introduced himself and went thru the car with me from top to bottom, answering all my question without a problem. And everything he told me over the phone was legit! I don’t think I’ve ever had such a great experience buying a car. I was very confident in my purchase and I will be back and will be sending people your way. Thank you rafiq!

If you’re looking for a great place to buy a used car, this dealership is the one to visit. The team here is incredibly nice and empathetic, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I got my 2010 Toyota Camry from them. They handle all the paperwork, including tags, registration, and the title. Highly recommend if you want a hassle-free experience and friendly service

Very disappointing experience with Signature Auto. They advertise having the lowest prices, but when it came time to finalize the deal the price suddenly changed and several hidden fees appeared. It felt misleading and unprofessional. On top of that, the car description I was given did not match the information on the Carfax report, which raised even more concerns. Luciana the salesmen I worked with was respectful and genuinely tried to help, but it was obvious he had very little authority to fix the situation. The real issue was the sales manager, who was rude, dismissive, and acted like the customer didn’t matter at all. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend others please don’t waste your time and stay away.
