During my search online for a 2026 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali I noticed Valdosta had a few on sale and my brother n law told me to go down and check out the inventory of GMC Trucks that were on the lot at Prince Valdosta. So I called and was directed to a salesman (Mr. Adams) whom did all the leg work for me because I walked a specific trim package that would accommodate my towing logistics. Needless to say, due to Mr. Adams no none sense demeaner and tons of automotive knowledge SME (Subject Matter Expert) me and my Wife purchased a Quality Vehicle at Prince Valdosta.

The sales manager Bay,was very helpful, preparing the paperwork prior to my arrival from Jacksonville, FL. The salesman, Cameron, was very helpful, and I would recommend seeking him out if you are in the market for a new car. Selling used BMWs isn't their strong point. There were several error codes caused by the nearly dead batteries. I took a chance and made the purchase, only to have the batteries completely fail only two days later. I also should have done more research before trading my 2015 for this 2019. The auxiliary Li-Ion battery costs over $700, and the main AGM battery runs another $200, mine had two AGM batteries that cost a total $350.

Good interaction, but the dealer was a bit slow in responding to my inquiries. I was not successful with my full-price cash offer to the dealer -- I wish responsiveness were quicker, not delayed. Having said that, I appreciate the follow-through at the end of the business conversation, as it enabled me to look for other purchase opportunities from other dealers.
