This dealership was wonderful place to buy a car. The salesman, Jim, helped me to find the right vehicle to suit my needs. He was patient and understanding of my personal preferences and budget. Kirk, the owner, was knowledgeable and I personally witnessed repairs happening on vehicles before they were ready for sale. I appreciated that they made sure the cars were safe before putting them up for sale. I will send my friends and family to 45 Street Motors.

I have been in contact with Jessica. On Monday I made an offer. She said she was going to present it to the sales manager and get back with me. Since then they haven't gotten back with me at ALL. I have emailed Jessica 4 times to see if the want to make a deal. She has apologized for not getting back to me. And get down to the bottom of this. Again NOBODY HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME. NOT a great way to run a business. Or very bad costumer service. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to Anyone.

This was by far the best experience in quite a while. From the first call with them to setting up a day and time to test drive the vehicle, to their sales team. We had been in the hunt for a new car for a while and making the drive out to them was all worth it. Other dealerships had been a complete nightmare. Jose Barrera and his team made the drive out there worth it!!
