The staff was very friendly. Everyone there was very helpful. I ready had a very good experiences there.

I wanted specific information regarding the condition of the car and they fell short. They send blurry videos and when I wanted clarification, they didnt reply. I never got to see the carfax they promised, either. I asked 4 times why the badging was removed and never got an answer. I had to ask several times for what upgrade packages were on the car. I feel like they were hiding something.

I was called da morning of 2c was I still coming N 4 da jeep I said yes once I got there dey said it wasn’t available it didn’t go thru inspection yet R dey sold it I can’t remember so I said y? I wasn’t told dat over da phone this morning wen I was called I think he was lying about the jeep & trying to get us to purchase a higher priced car he took our information had us under impression dat he cud get us something better ran our credit without our permission with different institutions cus I started getting alert about my credit being ran dat was real shady of da salemen We told him we had $2000 for down payment & wat our budget was he came back like 15 minutes later asking if we had $5000 to put down on something els we said no & he lost all interest in us we just left after dat cus it was a waste of our time 🤦🏽‍♀️😡

A car was listed at $11,890 on their website. When we sat down after driving the car I was handed a sheet with the car listed at $11,890 + an MVP fee of $1495 (12.5% add on) and so the TTL was calculated from a total of $13,385. Seems like that MVP should have been listed in the asking price of the car on their website. The Total out-the-door cost they were asking for with a $450 doc fee was $15,327 on a car listed on the website at 11,890.
