They didn't give any other payment options for the car; they were very inflexible, so I couldn't buy it. I had the money available, but they didn't allow me to transfer it from my out-of-state bank to Indiana, so I couldn't buy the SUV for that reason.

The dealership is awesome. They are very knowledgeable about the business. All their staff are pleasant and professional. Zach is awesome, he made the buying process is easy convenient for me. I hereby recommend this dealer for anyone interested in buying cars from me.

I made an inquiry about the jeep wrangler and Grace got back with me the next day . I asked some specific questions about the jeep on Monday and she had Mitchell contact me to get those questions answered. The next day Tuesday I put in an offer by email to Mitchell to purchase the jeep @10:40 am. I didn’t hear back from him until 2:50 pm. At that time he asked if I was willing to put $500 down to hold the jeep. I emailed him back at 4:01 pm saying, yes I was willing to make a down payment to hold the jeep. I thought at this time we were good to go ahead with the purchase. But at 5:40 pm he emailed me back to say one of his colleagues just sold the jeep. I was confused because I thought we were working a deal but apparently not. At least I hadn’t traveled the 2 plus hours to be told it was sold.

Ryan was great and created a fun sales experience. Ben was also great and made the finance process light hearted and efficient.

Good experience

The car was not clean at all there was still trash in the car when I came to test drive the car. The car was not ready when we first arrived it took about 45 mins for the car to become ready. I booked an appointment to test drive the car so I assumed it would be ready once I arrived. We also looked at another car and it was also dirty and smelled like tobacco. Terrible experience at Indy Honda would not recommend.
