Was not happy with the experience. Interested in a 2016 Cadillac SRX. Was told I had to go through clean up and conditioning no issue there. I let them know yes I do want to buy it when it is done going through the process. At this point I was assured that the vehicle was mine if I wanted it I told them yes I do want it. A couple days later they called me and let me know that one of the employees purchase the vehicle instead. Very angry with the process. I ended up buying another Cadillac SRX from a different dealership.

I took a truck for a test drive on Saturday and when I got back I asked the sales manager if the truck had been smoked in by the previous owner. His response was no we don't accept trade ins that have been smoked in. It was a farmers truck and what I was smelling was an ionizer to get the farm smell out of it. The sales guy wasn't able to be there so I called him and he said he wasn't aware of it being smoked in either but he had also been sick so he couldn't smell very good. On Monday the sales guy asked another sales member who received the truck from a trade in and confirmed that the previous owner did indeed smoke in it. So I felt like the sales manager lied to my face and they tried to cover up the smell in order to sell the truck. Not a good way to do business! Buyers beware!
