Claude was my salesman. He was great. The dealership made it almost impossible to complete what should have been a very simple process. Pick a vehicle, pay with wire transfer or cashiers check. They didn’t want ever payment, but forced me to finance to be able to assure the vehicle I wanted was still there when I was able to get there. I live in South Texas the dealership is near Washington DC. finally completed the sale after sitting through several sales pitches for products I wasn’t interested in Nothing quick and easy about doing business with Koons Ford Sterling!

They brought me in with lies. They told me they would give me $500 if I was a AAA member, I am a member but they never gave me the $500 It took forever to get the warranty information, for some reason they didn’t want to give me. This dealer is a nightmare and I wouldn’t recommend it. I over paid for the car and now I’m fighting to get the overpayment back.
