I received a very prompt response from dealership. I explained what we were looking for, I also explained my husband’s health issues and our need for online support. THIS is a place that offers you one year powertrain warranty, allowed me to drive the car to my mechanic, who recommended certain repairs, which they accommodated essentially, within days. They communicated, proactively responded to my requests, went above and beyond other dealers, and were clear speaking and kind. Hopefully the car, a lovely 2012 silver Prius 3 with about 102,000 miles, holds up. I do have that 1 year powertrain warranty :).

Zack at Laura Buick GMC was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very helpful, straight forward with all the questions I had, gave very detailed information, and was very friendly. By far, the best dealer experience I've had in a very long time. Just wish the truck I was looking at had sold to me instead of another. Either way, very pleasant experience overall.
