Representative contacted me promptly. He was professional and curious. Price advertised was only if I qualified for A plan. Of course the posting said nothing about that. Had to go back and forth to get the price to a reasonable amount. By then the truck sold.

a little slow going at first but was on top of things once the bank was involved. We didn’t make a deal. I don’t feel as if they tried to get the best deal for me. Plus I did not like the way I was talked to. Just not a friendly feeling at all in my opinion

We actually bought the vehicle here we found on this site. Actually, a different Grand Cherokee they had on the lot also, as we saw that listed too, that had a tow package we wanted. We had tried buying at several local dealers, but they just couldn't get to what we wanted to pay. So we drove an hour away to buy from Courtesy. We made the deal via email, and then phone, and did our credit apps online. When it was all ready, we drove there, signed papers, and drove home, easy peasy! Our salesperson was Kyle, very friendly and helpful, wish our local dealers would have wanted our business more, but we are happy with how it turned out. First time not making the deal in person on a vehicle, much more pleasant and less stressful. Thanks, Courtesy and Kyle!

For some, finding the perfect car can be an annoying, stressful, and time consuming chore. For me, I flew into Michigan from New Jersey to find my perfect car! Yes, you read that right, I flew to MI to purchase this ‘23 Mini that stole my heart. Probably my most enjoyable vehicle purchase, ever. What an incredible staff! Shawn was exceptionally efficient and thorough during the finance / signing portion. Shaun is a fantastic salesman; extremely knowledge in the vehicles he sells. He picked me up at the airport, answered all my questions, and gave me a very detailed tutorial. Todd is an absolute gentleman; a top notch team leader who makes the customer feel very much appreciated and welcome. 6 am flight out of Newark, a quick purchase process and tutorial in the parking lot, a blast of a drive home in what I undoubtedly consider the greatest go-kart I’ve ever owned, and back home by 12:30 at night. What a ride!
