Wasn’t helpful at all! I filled out the application and was ready to come visit but sale women communication was horrible. I asked for pricing, called the office 4 time and no one answered. Really upset because I was truly interested in the vehicle but don’t recommend at all!

Sales and management were quick to respond to my requests. I have not visited facility yet. All communication has been conducted over the phone

At the time the pictures were not available, but we called them and they told us when they would be available and if we didn’t see them by Wednesday to let them know. They did contact us to see if we were interested. We made arrangements for a relative in town to test drive since we were in Austin. The staff were very helpful and responsive to us. We told them we were interested and would be able to make the drive on Friday to pick it up. They had it ready for us, even though they had other interests. We came from Austin, test drove it and did our transaction. While we were waiting to sign our paperwork, I noticed their demeanor with another customer they were working with. They treated them with respect and kindness. I was over all satisfied with my interaction with them. Tony and Victor were great! Thanks guys!

I drove the 2012 Jeep Patriot the air condition doesn't work properly too much humming in the engine. Honestly the car is not worth the cost. The SUV needs a lot of work done it shouldn't be on the market

Staff acted inconvenienced over basic questions. Asked if I could see other cars was told to walk around and look... told to look up prices on my phone. Asked a couple questions about the original car I came to see and kept getting finance or cash? How would you pay? I had cash in hand but when every question is met with payment choices it gives buy the car or not. Would never purchase a car from here.
