Sales team were not as polite as they should be. The vehicle had no antenna, rust and no working 4x4 and they wouldn’t negotiate. Instead they tried to upsell with VIP package and “tinted windows”. Wouldn’t buy from these guys.

Was never contacted back once I applied and or started talks about a vehicle purchase. Sales associate told me several times the manager would contact me and never did. Not one word as to say sorry we sold it or sorry we couldn’t get financing, not a single word.

All staff was excellent to work with, stand out was the finance manager Brandon Weems. Supported everything that we wanted and gave us exceptional details with our contract.

This was one of the worse experiences I have had. They begged me to come in I said please run the numbers first. They kept saying oh my manager says he can for sure get you in this car with $500 down. They finally call me back and say I need a down payment of 4,000 . I’m so glad I didn’t waste my time nor gas driving over there and was insistent that they be transparent over the phone or I would’ve wasted gas money if I could put $4000 down on a vehicle, especially a little $13,000 vehicle I would just go buy one out right and not be asking for financing. I had a similar experience with other Shottenkirk’s I thought maybe different lots a better experience different employees know all Shottenkirks have a very bad reputation and I understand why now.

Excellent experience. I went there just to look and ended up buying the jeep, The entire staff was great. I would suggest anyone looking to buy a new or used car go to this dealership. You will not be disappointed.
